The positions on the Board of Directors consist of the President, Provincial Director, Vice-President/Tournament Director, Membership Director/Treasurer, Secretary, Youth Director and Webmaster. In order to ensure continuity with the Board of Directors, the voting schedule for the positions is staggered into two groups in accordance with the following table.
