The BCDA is led by a Board of Directors consisting of 7 people who are elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting which is held on the final day of the Provincial Playdowns. The positions on the Board of Directors consist of the President, Provincial Director, Vice-President/Tournament Director, Membership Director/Treasurer, Secretary, Youth Director and Webmaster. In order to ensure continuity with the Board of Directors, the voting schedule for the positions is staggered into two groups in accordance with the following table. Group A is elected every ''odd''-year and Group B is elected every ''even''-year.
